The black one looks classier. Probably more comfortable as well.

They both look good. The black one does look a bit more elegant.

Pardon my dumb questions: do they fit? I mean, are all shifters interchangeable? Or do they have to customize it for the car you are buying it for?

I know they fit...the only question I have not is about the leather boot. I had an 05 FX and it didn't have a boot...I'm not sure how it attaches or if you need to buy one of their boots...I'll have to check in to that...
