I couldn't explain to you why that happened, but I do know that this woman was pretty stupid. She definitely should have just stayed in the car the first time, and she wouldn't have been in that situation. Pretty funny though, I must admit.

I bet that calm voice over was not present in the actual video.

So here's what I see -1) she gets out of the vehicle while the officer is walking back to his car2) she does not go back inside her vehicle as the officer asks, just so she can argue3) she enters her vehicle after the officer tells her that she's under arrest4) she refuses to exit her vehicle after the officer again tells her that she is under arrest5) she resists arrest when the officer tries to remove her from her vehicle6) once outside of her vehicle, she refuses to comply with the officer's commands7) b*tch gets tazed

Yeah I know there are some a-hole police officers out there, but I don't think this guy was one of them. Most conflicts can be avoided with a pleasant attitude, which this lady likely did not have in the video. A more fitting title for the video would be "mom resists arrest in front of her children".

Lesson is to pick your fights... take it to court if you think you were unjustly ticketed, because you vs. cop is always a losing battle.

Ding ding, agree 100% It was COMPLETELY her fault and she deserved it.

This guy is getting crap on the youtube thread because he DIDN'T profile her..."she is a mom and shouldn't have been treated like that"...so a 37 yo mom has never pulled a gun on a cop? Yea right!

She learns she is under arrest and fights to get back into the car a couple times...if I were on the side of the road (and in the place of the cop) I would have thought she was going to get something to put me "under arrest" like a 9 mm to the face. I would have tazed her sooner.
