how to remove moisture in headlights of FX 35 2008

There's no easy instant trick to removing the moisture from your headlamps. You will need to remove them, and physically hand wipe/dry the moisture and reseal the headlamps by opening them. When you reseal the headlamps, be sure to you have a tight seal and try seal off as any access holes (gaskets) the headlamps contain as best you can.

went to the dealer and changed light, it was still under warranty, do you know the bumper needs to come out

Just remove the headlamp Bulb, and use hair dryer. blow hot air for few minuts. it will be fine....
