I have the STILLEN long tube intake on my 07 350Z as my only mod right now. I want to get an exhaust and the two that I'm between are the STILLEN true dual and the Injen SES true dual. Also considering the STILLEN high flow cats. Can anyone suggest any exhaust, high flow cats or any other mods that will increase mid range power? Keeping the car NA and going to take the car to an occasional track day, not going to compete with it.

the intake spacers and mrev gain more midrange than peak

and high flow cats yiels very little gain, 2-5 whp max, a waste of money IMHO

Dumb question what is mrev? And you said an intake spacer do you Mean a plenum spacer? Just want to make sure I'm on the same page.

I also have an 07, so far I have Nismo Intake and Exhaust. Noticable power difference, but nothing to brag about, they do sound nice together. I plan on getting her dynoed after I get a new clutch w/ lightened flywheel and a light weight crank pulley. I am hoping for at least 300whp I should have these done by September hopefully.

Good luck to you, that would be nice to have 300hp at the wheels. Let us know how it goes.

You have an 07 which has the HR, plenum and plenum spacer won't get you any gains as Nissan finally addressed the plenum flow issues of earlier models. The intake system on the car also works very well, the only thing I would change is the filters to a K&N, thats what I run. I run the Stillen true dual. Didn't feel any power gains but the sound is nice.HKS true dual would probably be a better way to go.
