You need the correct yoke. Search.

As mentioned, you need either the RB or z32 yoke. Unfortunately on the the 240sx driveshaft the u-joint is not interchangable. Some u-joints are held in by a c-clip or something of sorts, but not the 240s. So, in short, just get a new 1 piece. I suggest the driveshaft shop or shaftmasters

If you have a RB20 then you shouldn't have to worry about this.Unless you have a RB25 Trans.

If you have a RB25/Trans then your wasting your time and a stock Dshaft

gheydrifter - LOLYou wasting your time and effort.SEARCH and then just buy a 1 piece

just take it to a drive shaft shop, my local one charges around 150 for a steel one piece.

I have a S1 RB25 Automatic in a 92 vert and the KA yoke fits into the RB transmission, yes it says RB on the transmission, so far I have shortened it 1 3/4" and its still too long, so I'm taking another 1/2" off, which will leave me about 2 1/2" of yoke in the RB transmission, so it should work, if not I go get a one piece but I figured it was worth a try.

Why keep the old 2 piece one?! That thing is heavy! It weighs 2 or 3 times and much as my aluminum 1 piece. It's a weight reduction all on its own. Less spinning mass = better response.

Nevermind, it wont work anyway, the RB sets back way too far, calling drive shaft shop in the morning.
