Modifying my 2004 G35X Sedan...

Hey guys my name is Chris Walsh and I recently bought a 2004 G35x sedan. I have been doing a lot of research online and on this forum and had a few questions I couldn't find answers to.

1. I have been looking for an intake system and I like the AEM polished CAI. I was wondering if the intake will work on the X trim model of the G35 and if that will interfere with anything.

2. I want to get a performance chip for the car and I wasn't sure which one is the most popular/best performing. My buddy has the cobb tuning accessport for his 04 wrx and loves it. Is that the best solution for my car or is there another option that is better/cheaper?

Thanks for your help guys, and if you have any other suggestions it would be greatly appreciated. I have spent a lot of time researching different modifications so any personal input would be great.

1. Any intake is interchangeable. The engine compartments are all the same.

2. The best solution is determined by your desired results. If you stay NA of go FI may change what you prefer. The COBB tuner is a cool system though. Last time I talked to Cobb they told me they are working on maps for specific mods on the G's.
