Modifying my 1990 240SX

Is there a website (ie HKS, Neuspeed) that I can go to for help in Modifying my ride? I just bought a 1990240sx. I want to find a shop in my area that can do the work for me (I live in St. Louis, MO). I want to:1. Steering Wheel2. Shifter3. Cat-Back System4. Upgrade brakes.5. Intake6. CHip7. Add power windows and locksI am new to this so any advice would be a great help.

power options will make your car slower

yeah but some stickers will add power to make up for the weight.
