I've come across this exhaust a few times. The price is what caught my eye. Any information about the sound, installation problems, or dealer problems?

Edit: DOH! it's for the 2.5.. well the 3.5 version is almost identical, except for I think a short section that's added for the 2.5 in most 3.5/2.5 compatible kits. Disregard the sound clip if you own a 2.5

>>>>It's pretty much the same exhaust or looks like what I bought in '09. The price at the time was $175 for the catback and muffler (same system as the link).

Basically the quality was good as far as durability. The only thing I had to get done was get rid of the fubar'd exhaust tips and weld on new ones that actually didn't look like an inbred cross eyed chameleon. Total cost me about $300 for kit and install at the local muffler shop here.

Sound was pretty good in my opinion, much more pronouced than my current Borla axle back, and louder, without much difference in drone than my Borla.

Drone was there around 1500 RPM under load but that was not 'bad' in that sense.

It lasted me all 3 years (~80,000 miles?) until inlast year, summer 2012, a pickup truck ripped 1 side of the muffler (along with the entire rear bumper) from a hit and run. Upon inspection internally the muffler was a bit rotted but sound-wise it was still great at the time of replacement.

Assuming it's the same thing just sold by another ebayer, you can get my sound clips from the link below.
