I have the worst video game hangover right now... Was one of the 400 people waiting at Gamestop in my town last night... Played till 4... At work for 7... I'm going to be walking around like a crackhead for weeks I'm sure. 8 people called in today.... All Gamers.

It's living up to the hype for me so far... The game is intense and I haven't even played online yet... Still learning the guns in campaign mode.

Just an FYI for the G Gamers...

My 16 year old son wanted to be at Wal Mart at midnight last night but, we didn't let him cuz we figured he'd be up all night playing. He's going to Game Stop right after school to get it. Let's pray they have one left. They said they had 400 in last night!

is it linear scripted... like will you play the same sequence from the same check point and it happen the same way?

thats what i never liked about the COD series...

Have you played operation flashpoint?

My son picked it up at 3:00 this afternoon, spent 60.00 bucks on it and just came downstairs and said he 'beat the game'. UGH....

the multiplayer is kickass though, well worth the 60 bucks if he plans on playing online.

(i don't have MW2 yet, i'm only going on prior experience with MW1)

Never Played Flashpoint... I'm new to the FPS thing COD4 was my first. It is check point to check point. I wish they had made it so you could choose options but I only bought it for the online play.

-Pam... The game has different levels so he can play different difficulty levels. The online is the real action and trust me this $60 is going to keep everyone busy until they come out with something better in a year or 2.

-ArEs... This is a little rough for a 10 year old to be playing... These games get so much bad press because little kids could be tainted by the violence in the game... They have tried again and again to ban these because of it. Yet you have to be 17 or 18 to buy the game?!? Because it is rated mature for adults. (Wow this is turning into a rant.. I'm almost done) My point is that adults and parents need to treat this is as they found their 10 year old with pornography. If you choose to let your child view it I'm sure you would like to have the opportunity to explain it to them. I wouldn't let my child have p0rn until they were 17-18 and I would not buy this game for them either. Lazy parenting shouldn't dictate the content of the entertainment medium made for adults... It doesn't in pornography and it shouldn't in gaming.Done, Sorry, Not the place for this.

Yes, he beat it real quick but, I believe he's up there with his headphones on playing with others online. He's lovin' it!!! He was excited that he had no school today but he was upset when he had to go in to work this afternoon.

I somewhat lost interest in COD after COD2...

I'm thinking about buying but there are other games that I'm giving top priority over MW2, like Left 4 Dead 2...

Idk, I'll see how things go...

Is anyone playing Forza 3? I've been buying all kinds of upgrades for my G37 in game. I switched out the drivetrain for AWD to make it a G37x last night. Then I dropped in a Nissan TT V8 engine and upgraded anything and everything that increased the car's power. I ended up with a 774HP beast that runs in the 1/4-mile in the low 10's and can still make it around a race track.

I'm on almost everyday (I have no idea how I do that when I have so much work to do ). A lot of my friends who bought FM3 earlier loved it and when MW2 came out they apparently lost interest. I, on the other hand, will never loose interest.

I fancied myself to an E92 the other day and I just got around to getting the tune finished and I took it sliding around Fujimi Kaido, and it is quite savvy if I must say so myself
