Moderater,s help please

I am having problems with my my orginal screenname (goldollar), i cant post any replys or anything. everytime i try, i get a screne that says i dont have any permission to do it, but my account is still active. i just switched over my Internet service provider, could that have something to do with it. Can i get some help from one of the moderaters please. maybe one of can fix the problem or something. thanks
