In my free time I like building model cars of all scales.

The guy who build the following model of a Nissan Skyline R32 GT-R owns his own model online shop and is an AMAZING model builder himself.

Here's a little preview:

Check his website with all his work http://spc.org.uk/index.html

Also, if you build models yourself, feel free to post them in here.

Is that a metal kit or a plastic kit?

It looks impressive.

I can never get the paint right. Its always smeared and too thick. Very impressive model.

I haven't built a model in like 7 years, I really want to get back into it but at my local hobby shop all they have is ugly muscle cars and ricey imports, and I can also picture it costing alot.

I'll have to find the pics of mine, I've just got back into it the past year or so, i've built 4 so far and i'm building one right now. It's fun to do when you have some extra time, it's hard to get the little details right though.

The Skyline is a plastic kit, but 80% of it is straight up built from scratch, most of it aluminium. But if you want to get back into it, make sure you start with a simple and cheap 1/24 kit.

Here is some of my work just in case someone is interested.
