I was looking for an answer on facebook but I did not receive any good explaination.

Because I had to remove whole central console with armrest so I disconnected the mode type knob. I'm driving like this since 1 week and car is running funtastic! It definitely isn't the SPORT mode. so what? Acceleration is perfect, zero lags, now finally it is druving like 300+ HP car.
Anyone can explain this? I think I will not connect it back

Did you unplug the battery when you did the work? If the battery was disconnected for any longer period of time, you likely just cleared some settings hence why it's performing better.

No, I did not disconnect the battery.
