have a modded S2 Rb25det engine in my sil80, project still in process but engine is in, and running, but not properly.

Mods:
top mounted t3/t4 turbo on a stainless exhaust manifold
greddy style front facing plenum
front mount intercooler
full 3" exhaust from turbo back
80mm Throttle body
alluminum radiator
new coil packs and spark plugs
new cambelt water pump etc etc
500HP Genuine Walbro fuel pump
relocated battery to boot

currently running on 6psi of boost through internal actuator with external blanked off. starts rough due to conversion and cold start not hooked up yet but once at opperating temp seems to run fine. idles a tad high. when driving down the road under boost, goes hard! but starts missing at the top end, around 5 - 6000 rpm. i am yet to reset the gaps on the plugs to .7 - .8mm as iv heard this will probably stop the missing.

after the drive get back and is idling lumpy ( up & down ) and running rich but almost seems lean up top end.

am wondering where and how to set the throttle positioning sensor to the right place as i had to make a baracket to fit this to new throttle body.

Any tips and information would be greatly appreciated as im quite stuck atm and keen as to get some vids up once its been dynod

also am i going to need an adjustable fuel pressure reg before the dyno because of the after market fuel pump??

cheers guys
