Mobile phone RePurpose

The '93 Infiniti Q45 that I bought, came with a car phone. Haven't seen one of these in years! I have an idea, but don't know if it will work, or how to do it! I want to take out the phone, and replace it with a hard-wired power adapter for charging cell phones, laptops etc. Any ideas? Your how-to's would be greatly appreciated also!!

Yeah in 2012 people use a laptop and a power inverter to power it. Infiniti thought of that too by givng the rear passenger one cigarette lighter socket on each door.
