When Ibought Lola, she was 100% Amsoil, because the previous owner's shop was a race shop that ran Amsoil. I became a dealer, and bought $300 worth of oil and filters. Now that that has run out, I just put M1 in it just like the Vette.

Oil today is a lot better than oil 20 years ago, when synthetics were almost impossible to find commercially.

Now, the buzz word in oils is "synthetic" WHy is that? Probably because it is cheaper to make the synthetics than itis to pay for the refining of petroleum.

The best part is, that these companys are marketing it like it is way better, therefore they can charge way more for it.

I personally don't care, whether there are dead dinosaurs in my engine or not.

Buy it, maintain it, mod it, run the piss out of it, then sell it.
