You mean Rock Falls WI?

Directions To Rock Falls Raceway From Minneapolis/St. Paul:

Take I-94 East to the 2nd Eau Claire Exit (#65 - WI 37/WI 85)Exit on to Hwy 37 South and travel approx. 3 miles until you reach Hwy 85.Turn right on to Hwy. 85. Travel approx. 6 miles in to Caryville.Take the first left hand turn in Caryville on to 190th Ave.Travel approx. 1 mile and take a right on 1000th St.Go up the hill and Rock Falls Raceway is located on your left hand side.

How is there not a racetrack in MN? Always baffled me why the folks from the twin cities to go to Rock Falls.

Yeah, that's the place- I'm just wondering if there are MN people who want to meet up out there.

I know there were some people from D-Town forums that went. I did not end up going as my car is making some sort of horrible noise which seems related to the cooling system, so I decided not to chance it.I heard that at least 2 240s died- thrown rods I think. I think there was an SR 240 that ran in the mid 11s (?) that now needs to get a cage in order to run there again. As soon as I get this weird sound thing worked out, I will find a helmet to borrow and head out there. I know there are a few people on these boards interested in what this rebuild of mine will do.

if your talking about the dark blue 240sx hatch that ran 11 sec.? that guy has a ka turbo, which he modifly his intercooler and the radiator and is making 320hp at the wheel. i was hoping to see some 240sx with rb swap running at rockfalls, but at least there's a few 240sx running.

I used to live 30 min from teh Rock

In my opinion import days are a joke.

seriously, just a bunch of junk, slow junk

on a good day u might get a couple of nice cars tehre, but junk still outnumbers the nice stuff. by alot.

Id rather go on "fun days" when its open to all street cars... I have seen some nice 240's, at least 1 rhd silvia, skyline or 2, a supra club, etc. but mostly junk.

at some point in time, I do plan to make it out there to get a timeslip on this rebuild of mine- don't care if its import day or whatever. Anytime anyone wants to go out, drop a line in this thread and maybe we can get a group together.
