Do yourself a favor and get a decent set of coilovers (KTS, Tein, cusco, kei office) It is soo worth it over an oem type spring strut combo. MK1, D2, etc are poop

For the price of the BD coilovers (or slightly less) you could get the NISMO coilovers. There's no adjustability but you do get a matched set of dampers and springs, OE quality along with spring rates comparable to the Tein Basic. Do a search, there have been a few posts about them.

If you need the adjustability, I don't think you can beat KTS from SPL Parts for the $$$.
