anyone know the differance?? i was gunna get a Z32 MAF but it "got lost" so i will be getting some money back and purchasing a MK IV MAF......how good is this MAF??? ive heard the Z32 is rated to about 400hp, but what about the Supra unit??? (its from a TT) my buddy says he thinks its a better MAF but he is a Supra guys so he doesnt know for sure.........anyone have experiance with it???

also could use a wiring diagram to put it in my KA :D

What are you planning to use to compensate for it?

not sure if i understand what ur asking, sorry im still stupid lol

but i no u gotta change the MAF when runnign forced induction(at least its a good idea) and i will be turboing the KA so i would like to get a MAF so that my A/F ratio will be sufficiant

there's no reason it shouldnt work as long as you figure out the wiring.

Well, just wiring up a new MAF is not going to work. The ECU will have no idea you are running a bigger MAF so it will inject the wrong amount of fuel. You need some way to fool the computer into injecting the right amount of fuel from the new MAF. Mass airflow sensors typically run in a range from 0-5 volts. 5 volts on a 240SX maf is not going to be the same airflow as 5 volts from a 300 ZX MAF or a MKIV MAF. And you only need to use a bigger MAF if you are exceeding it's capabilities.

Exactly, you would need supporting electronics for this idea to work.
