Agreed. That's about the most basic thing you can do maintenance-wise.

well i did it in school with ppl around and stuff so we get distraction and all. The 3 hour is not all spent on the pcv valve, we have to find the tension bolt of the altenator because it never had one. We were searching 3 box of nuts and bolts man!

pcv = positive crankcase ventilation

takes unburned gas fumes from the crankcase and cycles them back into the intake. its an emissions thing.
