If a vehicle with a missing VIN plate on the dashboard is acquired, how would I go about getting another one or what should the owner do? Any logical recommendations would be appreciated.

the BMV will make you another one, if you can in fact provide the paperwork to prove that the vehicle is legit and yours. I chopped a car into a millions pieces, transferred VINs tot he Silvia, and had the lady at the bmv mount it to my dash for me lmfao

that should work. has it been unrivited? or did it break or what?

that would be the only issue if one arises

Appears to have been unrivetted.
