Missing the clutch booster hoses

Alright so my Z was a jdm tt swap when i got it and the clutch barely clamps down and i would guess that it's because i don't have any of the clutch booster hoses or the clutch booster check valve. Would this be it?

The booster is soley to reduce the effort required to push in the clutch pedal and does not alter claming/holding power.

When you say JDM TT Swap, was it an NA chassis with a JDM TT Motor or a TT chassis with a JDM TT motor?

The clamping force of the clutch will either be a worn clutch or improper pedal adjustment. How much free play is there at the top of the clutch pedal?

It was originally an n/a auto, but was converted to a 5 speed TT. There is probably an inch or so of free play at the top of the clutch. I'm assuming it may just need to be adjusted? Thank you for the help by the way!

You could try adjusting your clutch first to see if that remedies the issue..Hopefully in your case you don't need a new one.
