missing sensor plug?

ok, on 2 of the 3 front clips the sensor in the red box didn't have a plug going on it, though it had a plug that had wiring going into it from underneith it. the 3rd one had both plugs. i cut the wrap on the wiring harness back a bit to see if that had been hacked off to find there was no sign of hacked wires, will this be a problem and am i missing something? and if so, how important is it?

i tried searching for some rb25 swap picks but couldn't find any close enough to tell, those i could had the plug and i saw other pics that the engine didn't have it...

I would assume it to be the same as the rb20, and that sensor tells the ecu when the throttle is shut and therefore helps with idle and prevents stalling. Without that hooked up on my car it wouldn't idle right and stalled when coming to a stop everytime.
