Missing Part - What is it?

Hi, I am doing my first SR20DET install in my 1991 240sx and I am missing a part on my engine. I expected to be missing some things, such as the ECU, because I did not pay much for it. However, it also came without a fuel rail and whatever is supposed to fit onto this triangular opening with 3 bolt holes. (picture below)Does anybody know what goes here, and where I can obtain one? I have a feeling I might feel real dumb about this one...
