Missing Fuses

Last night when I was inspecting the problem with the ABS box buzzing I opened the fuse area. I looked at the diagram and notice that the fuses for the TSM or TCM sorry the car's at home, where missing. The diagram showed where the fuses are and these two where not there. There are two locations where this fuse should be sitting and for some reason they are the only fuses not there.

Previous owner probobly removed fuses instead of fixing faulty traction control system. You could replace fuses and see if the system is functional very easily.
