missing fuse pannel?

first things first i need to introduce myself. my name is brandon i live in ft stewart, ga. and this is my first real post. i have a 95 240sx. i just did an s14 sr swap and everything is great except im not getting power from my altenator. i know its hooked up right as far as the altenator itself, but the fuse panel on the far right of the fuse box is not there. and it seems like it came from the factory like that. do i need to wire one in? and if so will a panel from a 97' work?
