So, I was reviewing the steps to remove the front facia, and in the process discovered that I'm missing ALL of the bolts from the bottom, and also the ones on each side closest to the wheel wells...

Can anyone give me the specs for those bolts so that I can replace them? FSM BF-6 doesn't give that detail, and I don't want to jam some wrong thread pitch bolts in :(

Just want to go ahead and buy a bunch of missing bolts... however, this video seems to imply they are each slightly different... So, what do I get? / where do I go?

Well actually those are studs that attach the fender to the bumper. Did you not see the studs?

Yeah...and Arent those studs like embeded to the car itself? If those studs arent there, you are going to need to get one welded or somethig.

And the ones at the bottom i am almost sure are the ones that i linked you to.

Well they are just made into the fender somehow. The fenders on the car might be aftermarket which had bolts instead of studs so check and see if there is holes or if you can see a stud that was cut off, let us know what you find.
