Missing a part from my car

Hello. I'm new to this forum. I have a 2009 Nissan Versa hatchback. On the front of the car, right at the top where the back of the hood is near the windshield wipers are there is a part that is missing. Someone came and ripped it off of my car. Now you can see the inside of the car( underneath the hood) i am not good at cars i just know i need to get that part fixed....i wish i could put a picture up so you guys could see it..
