My car has a slight miss at idle and the coils seem to be going. Now the car stinks like it is running rich but the wide band shows lean as hell. Does this make any sense to you?

It is a brand new plx wideband setup. The new o2 sensor is what is ran to my ecu to replace the stock original sensor. There are no vacume leaks my vacume at idle is around 18 and the timing has been an issue since the lowend missfire is giving problems with setting the timing. My main question is more or less has anyone seen a missfire create overly lean a/f ratios on there car.
