I did a quick search on Google for "mishimoto 240sx stock fan". This was the third link down.

Is it same dimension as Koyo rad? If so, yes. It's tough and there's not much space to work, but it's doable. I have Koyo on mine and used stock fan and shroud. I got some cuts on top of my hands though.

could you possibly post a picture of the radiator with fan shroud? if its not to much trouble. now the only problem is finding a new upper section of the fan shroud mine is currently broken at the top right mount.

It definitely fits, i have installed the stock fan and shroud (best cooling setup) on 10 cars. The one thing to be careful of is that you need to retain an OEM designed fan clutch, a lot of OE replacements are a little thicker which pushes the fan closer to the shroud and makes it hit since the clearance is already less with the thicker radiator. You can get away with OEM or Beck Arnley for fan clutches.

Another tip. Don't use Nismo engine mounts, they raise the car a little bit, so OEM fan hits the shroud sometimes. I noticed a small groove inside of shroud.
