Mishimoto Review fan shroud and radiator

HMMM well I used the search and found this and turns out it's a recent topic again. Anyways I was wondering if it's necessary to upgrade to a mishimoto radiator with fans on a stock s13? Not really necessary but is it even worth it or is it mainly for if you're running turbo?

it is a great looking combo, and the quality also looks superb.

What i thought was weird is the way the fans mount to the shroud and how they can move towards the radiator. Not like they can go anywhere but still very strange.
