Do these cool better than the stock rad? Would I better off getting a nice 3 row aluminum Griffin rad? They cost about the same as the Misimoto's

It's a decent radiator, but the stock one will suffice.

My oe one is only a few years old, but since I have added a front mount ic, front mount oil cooler, along with the a/c condenser, all which are of course are in front of the rad. Doesn't over heat, but seems to run warmer now since the rad gets less air flow, and added heat soak.Since both the Mishimoto and Griffin would be a custom install in my S12, I'm guessing 3 row Griffin would cool better over the 2 row Mishimoto??

Just run a cooler thermostat. But if you must upgrade, then one of the two should serve you well.

ive been using an RB performance 2 row...

for 200 bucks its worth it...i have a single 14 '' fan and at cold start takes roughly 15 min to get above a bar of heat on the stock temp gauge...

and after hard running....2 minuts and im half way below a bar from normal temp with my fan on...

its the same size as a mushi so it gives u an idea....presonally lliving in L.A. and summer coming, im happy i did it or id be over heating wiht my single core Oe rad, im upgrading hoses to samco soon aswell

I have a mishimoto rad. Works great with FAL-220 e-fans.

Between my nismo thermo, mishimoto and 14" zirgo my ca stays extremely cool.

I love the mishimoto. Money well spent imo.
