Misfiring? Different ecu

I just got my 180. And now im learning all about Sr's. Ive been a Rb guy for quite awhile but i do have to say i like the sr ALOT better ..anyways ive been having some misfiring issues. If i drive it smooth and dont punch it at all it will do fine but when i give it hell it missfires in second and third. I have a tuned ecu in it and then i put the stock ecu in. And that made it worse. So im either thinking its the spark plugs, fuel pump maybe, or maybe even boost leak? I have the psi set at 15psi....LMK if you can help me.
