long post, but im literally out of ideas

so my sr20 redtop is having issues with missfiring or something. Basically it started a while ago and just got worse and worse. i drive and it feels laggy and boggs alot when im just idling. If im just cruising for a few minutes it eventually stops firing and just revs down sounding like a pistons not firing or something and if i give it gas it doesnt do much but lurch until i give it alot of gas and it picks back up. its getting fuel cause i can smell it when its missfiring and ive tested my coilpacks, they're all good. i replaced both exhaust gaskets (engine to mani, and mani to turbo) i even pulled apart my cooling system thinking it might be overheating and preigniting. my sparks are good. ignitor chip is pretty new, just got it a few months ago. the first time it did this was a little over a month ago off the freeway, then it just started happening alot more recently and i havent been driving it at all. i was wondering maybe i need to clean my MAF or replace it but i'd like to know first, then i started thinking it could be my TPS?? I guess ill test it tomorrow off the FSM. i know this is a long post but ive been trying EVERYTHING and its just not getting fixed, please help guys!

also i just read on another thread, guys seems to be having the same issue, he keeps coming to a fact that it could be blown injector o-rings? im running the nismo adju fpr with an inline gauge so i know its set right. just spitballin, thanks for the help guys

You have a vacuum and or boost leak. Do a boost leak test.

the only place i COULD have a leak in the IC system is on the bung that greddy placed for the original recirc valve but ive sealed that up wth a rubber stopper and alot of rtv, it seems to be holding fine. I've noticed in the last couple drives it seems not to be sputtering like before, i think it needed a new mix of 91oct and also could the mani to turbo gasket i replaced just need time to set in a bit?? it still sorta laggy, but i read i should just get a bung welded to my hot pipe as close to the turbo as possible for my wastegate. currently im running a line off the T at the throttle body for the fpr to my wastegate, read that would make it laggy too.
