misfires when vehicle stopped in drive or reverse

HELP!!!!!! iI have a 240sx 1990 fricken automatic i was about to swap it before that issue anyway when i am at a full stop with the transmission in drive or reverse the car misfires BAD and sometimes stalls looks like a random misfire because i unplug one wire at a time and the engine stalls.when its in neutral everything works fine no misfire at all same when you let it go too! i just did a complete tune up (air,gas filters wires plugs pcv valve) but the misfire still there.The next thing i was thinking that the injectors have bad connection so with the engine running the e brake on and the transmission in drive soonest touch them the engine stalls i check them for corrosion they were all GREEN and the boots on the top of the connectors are broken i cleaned the injectors and the connectors i put them back the problem still there!!!! i dint check the compression because like i said before at idle the engine runs great. i dont know if its like a common problem or something stupid thing!! ALL I NEED ITS HELP if somebody knows something please give me a good start thank u guys i hope i ll fix it!
