Car was down for a year. Tore the bottom end to check bearing clearances and all within spec and replaced oil pump, pick up, pan, lifters, timing belt, intercoolers, and other things not related to misfires. Followed FSM word for word. No mechanical noises that I can hear and has oil pressure. It's very obvious at lower rpms then seems to somewhat clear up at higher rpms. When letting go of the accelerator, it seems to want to stall for a second but catches itself.

All emissions stuff deleted a long time ago. All of it including the water lines under the plenum.

Power balance test results tell me cylinders 3 and 4 misfire. Swapping coil, plug, and possible connectors from a good cylinder does nothing.

740cc injectors new style - all ohm within spec (bought and installed two years ago) - not stuck open. Gauge in the fuel line and not losing fuel pressure.
Chip tuned for those injectors.

Witnessed blue spark from plug and coil while turning CAS
Plugs are wet

No smoke

O2 sensors disconnected because ground wires are broken on both connectors on the wiring harness side near the connector.

Continuity checked S2 PTU - checked out perfect.

Counted cogs and made sure timing marks lined up. - re-checked timing and re-counted cogs - still good. No interference.

Found terminal 59 wire disconnected near ECU. PO spliced into that line and since I was moving the harness around it may have disconnected with me not knowing. Now fixed with no change. Measured voltage values on power wires to ground and all checked out. Continuity checked grounds - good.
Need to further check ECU but everything so far is checking out.

Need to check compression but don't have cooling system hooked up at this time because I just re-checked timing lol. Seemed to be a healthy motor before.

Changed basically all vacuum lines and new routing. Followed diagram from wiki pages.
Trying to boost leak test but is failing. Have to turn the crank to a certain position to get a reading but ends up pressurizing the crankcase. New PCV valves installed when putting plenum back on. I'm not finding any obvious vacuum leaks anywhere.

New battery, fresh paint in engine bay.

All connectors are cleaned, not broken and have dielectric grease. No corrosion anywhere.

I've been reading too much on TT.net, aus, and this forum and thought I would just throw something out there so I can have at least a couple minds on this instead of my one.
Also, I feel like I'm missing something so don't be afraid to ask questions or yell at me.

To me, it seems I'm not getting the proper compression or air to those cylinders and/or my timing is way off somehow.
