96 Infiniti q45 intermittent miss at idle...
96 Infiniti q45 intermittent miss at idle to full throttle You really hear it at exhaust 1. Done. Power balance: rpm's dropped on all cylinders about same It was hard to hear at 1500 rpms if one dropped more than others. Idle air control kicks in. Scoped coils they look fine. Check short term fuel trims right and left bank seemed good didn't see any lean banks. All injectors stethoscoped and clicking. Checked maf voltages are good. Injectors ohm at 12 also scoped didn't see any glitches This all started happen when worked on ps solenoid replacing a refitted backwards valve with one the pressurizes steering .Got it working no slip or trac lights. No engine codes I hate to mess w this steering since it's working so nice Anybody any ideas Thanks

uggg... I would normally point to an injector, but it sounds like you've covered all of your bases there. I'll have to let this one marinate for a few and see if any ideas come to mind.

Also checked wiring diagrams for harnesses with p/s solenoid and 2nd throttle for maybe chaffing ground fault
