I am getting misfire under light to medium engine load. I have all new secondary ignition parts (cap, rotor, plugs, and wires) What is the deal? EGR?? It is not noticable at idle or WOT.

update: Misfire seemed to go away on it's own. Mabey it was still loaded up with gas from the bad plugs. Oh well.

Check your 02 and MAF, verify they are withen spec.
