You may check your coil pack connectors, sometimes they jiggle loose.

Could be your spark plugs going bad. My Z was doing the same thing, it would run horrible for a little while, and then run perfect. It ended up being bad spark plugs.

NGK plugs are the best route in my opinion there used from the factory and i still use them on over 600 hp i dought your plus will fix your problem though it sounds like a sticking injector to me these cars seem to eat them like candy

yea i think it would as imtermitain as your promblem is im not thinking its a failing injector it maybe but usally when they go they go you know i would try having a professional injector cleaner run through it the system i use from BG i have had great suscess with ive done services on cars that are running fine and custmers have thanked me and told me they felt like it had more power and wanted to know what i did if you have your self a ohm meter you should unplug the connectors and check them though just to be sure and save time you should see around 5 oms + - 2 ohms any more it needs to be replaced if you don't have one you can pick one up from cheap at sears or an automotive shop great tool and anyone doing work on a car should have one make sure its a digital one tho a analog one runs off 8volts and when a referance signel on a car is only 5 volts its enough to fry the computer just for example i just replaced on a n/a 300zx last week that had only a low idle miss after 3000 it was fine and it turned out the # 5 injector had 60 ohms way to high
