Misfire on Cylinder 4 - 2000 Pathfinder

Hey guys,

Thanks for your patience. I'm new here and also not very well versed on car maintenance. I've read quite a few threads on tune-ups, misfires, etc. but I'm stuck with my Pathy not running. First step was to get a reading on the OBD2 scanner and sure enough I got a P0304. She'll start and seem to run fine until the engine begins to warm up then the misfires begin, especially if under a load. I've tested the spark plug cabling, all passed. I've changed out all spark plugs just because the car is old and I don't know when the last time they were changed. Still getting the misfire.

I did notice that 3 of the 6 plugs were kinda wet and gunky. I cleaned out the plug wires, tested them and reapplied them.

I've read some stuff on ignition coils. Is this my next step? How difficult of a job is it? Is there a guide to the process?

Where should I look next?
