misfire i cant figure out

my 90 twin turbo has a misfire in the rear most cylinder on the driver side, the coil and plug are for sure good not 100% that the injector is good but it clicks when its running. i removed the plenum and the inlet on the bad cylinder is black compared to the others. anyone know how that happens? and more importantly, how can i fix it? heres a pic check the top cylinder
