Misfire and dont know why. PLEASE HELP!!

I have a sr20det that was running fine than the brake booster went out and the battery, it sat for 3 months till i put a new battery, brake booster and check valve, i turned it on and it had a misfire, i pulled the plugs and the 3rd from the front had gas on it so i cleaned it and still had a misfire, you think i is the coil or ignition chip, or something else, please help, here is a video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=apiEMGMni0A
