soo based on brake fluid's properties, I'm using it as a ghetto stripper... it worked to break this crud off while I change my transmission n differential fluids.

any1 else had this problem?

I adjusted mines after the previous owner set it high w/out checking/cleaning the TB valve area... whoops!

K, how long can I let this go? if it's leaking, that means I haveta replace it or just the boot... being a daily driver I just don't have the "down time" to get this done.

oil drain plug gasket: better to be the fiber one or a metal one? this nylon/plastic thing just last ~2 oil changes.
