Does anyone know a good way to repair a crack on the bottom psngr side of the front clip? It's on a '95 240sx se. Never worked on plastic/fiberglass before, only done some bondo work on metal on older pre-80 cars. Crack is shaped somewhat like a lightning bolt and about 6 inches long or so. The crack itself is flush, no pieces are missing. Would just like to do a good job of patching it so it doesn't go farther. Also, again on the psngr side, the fog light bracket is broke. Is there an easy way to fix this or should I just go search for another bracket at a Pickapart or something? Currently I would just like a way to keep the fog lamp stable. Preciate any help.

do you mean lip? I'm not sure what the clip is, but if you mean lip then you should be able to use bondo if it's just a crack. Is the crack seperated? Bondo is very easy to work with and if you mess up you can add more to it so you can fix it. If you use bondo you will have to get it as smooth as possible, use sandpaper and work your way up from 120 to 600 grit aleast. Going to 1000 would be best, you will have to paint it though but if it is the lip then walmart sells flat black spray paint for $0.94. If the crack is big then you will have to use Fiberglass repair but this is very difficult to work with also this will still require Bondo. Good luck

to fix cracks and such use a 2 part gluin system, comes with a very good glue but only reacts nd sticks when the second part which is a spray hits it.. thats what everyone use to do to put cracked bumpers and lips back together when i use to work at a bodyshop.. and then bondo it like kim was sayin..
