Hey guys, this is probably an odd question but I'm halfway looking for a miniature, like 1/2 din sized am/fm radio that I could put in my car. I dont have room for my radio anymore because of guages so I wanted something small that I could just listen to the radio on. A CD player isn't a big deal to me, I long ago loaned every CD I own to my girlfriend so I dont particularly need one. I JUST want a little radio for those boring longer drives. Does anyone know of such? If I cant find one, I'll probably stick the radio in the glove box or something, so if you dont know...its not a big deal :) Thanks!

i dunno man... all i can think of is a portable radio... but if you want to be able to play it out of your speakers, you need somethin with a decent internal amp and a portable radio isn't gonna do it, sorry man, i think a deck is the only way to go... you could always wire it up in your glovebox if you wanted to :pface

Don't think anyone makes a 1/2 DIN HU. :(

You might be able to install a 1/2 DIN EQ and use a portable MP3 (or MD) player with a headphone to RCA jack cable. You'd have to have an AMP and there are some of those portables that are AM/FM as well.

<Edit: Look for one with a volume control>

Make sense?

Hmmm, not a bad idea Rex...but I'd have to spend more than the 30 dollar budget allows ;) I thought I'd seen something like what I'm thinking of, but it was probably just an eq. I guess I'll just stick the radio in the glovebox, providing it fits. Thanks guys!
