That song is everywhere...its on the Matrix sountrack CD (never heard it in the movie though =/) But the most notable place i remember hearing it is...(if you used to skate)...this rodney mullen video..i think its in rodney mullen vs. daewon song round 2. They play it on mullen's part in the beginning.

That song was in the Matrix as stated before, it was the part where Morpheus was walking with Neo in the the simluated real world, and people are bumping into him, that part. I thought the music was kinda funny considering the size of those Minis, it actually went well for some reason.
