Are these ecu's a good upgrade over stock for making power??

If you're gonna keep it stock the Mine's ECU is a good unpgrade.

Well i have bolt-ons on a stock t25 at 14psi...What kind of gains sould i see with this kind of ecu?

Dunno what it will do if you're boosting like that. I have that same Mine's computer tune #3 and it's supposed to be for just intake and exhaust with stock boost. Just guessing the only thing it would change would be rev limits and top speed. You should get a different computer that is tuned for your set up.

I'd be leery of running any JDM ECU, as most of them are tuned on higher octane than we get here in the US. The last you want is a 96/98 octane tune when you can only run 93 from the pump...

I would just stay away from it. If you are on stock injectors and maf then there is no need to get a different computer. your stock tune is just fine. No power gains will be seen and there is no need to rev higher than 7200rpm with a t25 and stock cams. In the end the mines may even cause problems
