Milling heads

I was wondering if I get my head milled how much milling can be done for safe HP or TQ to be gained? Would there be clearance between the valves and pistons? how much can compression be raised? Has anyone done this before?

You would have to crunch some numbers to find out for sure. Im not sure of the formulae but any good machine shop should be able to tell you how much, if any, you can shave your head and how much clearance you should have.
