Since I ran out of soda, I settled for milk and olvatine chocolate mix. I drank 8 cups of milk in a span of two hours. Now I can't sleep because of frequent stops to the john =/

one day i was bored and ate around 75-100 grams of fiber in one day. it was AWESOME! talk about poop city! thats always the first story i tell girls when i meet them

I never liked the powdered stuff. Never mixed up as good. But Nestles has a syrup now doesnt it???

ovaltine is all powder.

if you ask me though, the best way to get it is pre mixed.

Yeah the bottles of Quick you get at teh convient stores rock. I have been drinking the heck out of it the past three weeks. Maybe that's why I'm fat.

usually you can only have 1 cup of milk in a span of 6 hours. anything more will trigger diarea
