Mileage vs Maintenance/issues??

Well, I am currently in the market for a nice RPS13 240. I have done some research on the chassis and it seems to be that the main issue (maintenance wise) is to deal with the body and rust.

What my questions are, are there certain issues that arise at various mileage intervals and what do I look for as a cause?? Also, sans rust, is there anything electric or otherwise which is a common problem with these cars?? (eg: Honda B series engines had a problem with distributors going bad, which has happened to me).

Hah, at about 7-10 years all of the electronics slowly start going haywire on just about any Nissan. Only garage kept ones don't do it. Also all the vac lines start to go at around 10-15 years. It's a pain in the arse........Welcome to the world of Nissan. lol. But really it's like that with just about any car.

But yeah, 02 sensors, MAF, CTS, TPS, all have a bad habit of going out and causing all kinds of problems. But it's not really that big a deal.
