Mild Build ?

hi so im considering doing a mild build on a S13 redtop or blacktop. Im only looking for power in the high 200s low 300. Is it possible with a T28? should i build the bottom end at all, or can i just get the rods and pistons shotpeened jus to somewhat reinforce.Im doing my research, this is just more of a experience question. Thanks

Stock internals can handle that power with ease. T28 can do around 300whp @ 18psi. All youll need is a ECU Tune, 550cc Injectors, and Z32 MAF. Probaby be able to squeeze another 10-15whp by adding some 256 cams.

start off with a headgasket and cam, s15 450cc??? Injectors, 300xz maf, boost controller and maybe safc or better
